Position Overview: We are seeking a Game Economy Architect with a passion for gaming and a strategic mindset to join our dynamic and passionate team at Rockbite Games. Обязанности

Key Responsibilities:

Design and balance the in-game economy to ensure a fun and fair experience for players.
Develop and implement economic systems that drive player engagement, retention, and monetization.
Collaborate closely with game designers, data analysts, and developers to integrate economic systems into the game.
Analyze player behavior and game data to identify trends and make informed decisions on economic adjustments.
Iterate on economic designs based on feedback from playtesting and data analysis to continuously improve player experience.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all economic systems and features.
Contribute to the creative process by providing ideas and feedback on gameplay and overall game design.

Требования

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience with designing and balancing game economies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform design decisions.
Understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for player experiences.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
