The Group HR Director is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The Group HR Director provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and stakeholders.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop HR strategies that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR policies across the group.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive management team on key HR issues.

Talent Management and Acquisition

  • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Ensure the group attracts, hires, and retains top talent to drive business success.
  • Develop succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and the growth of internal talent.

Organizational Development and Performance Management

  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that align with business objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective performance appraisal and feedback systems.

Training and Development

  • Create and oversee the implementation of training programs and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Design and oversee the implementation of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Ensure that the compensation structure aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Regularly review and update benefits programs to meet the needs of employees.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of employee relations issues and ensure effective resolution.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that meet legal requirements and support business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate HR-related risks.

HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends to the executive management team.
  • Use data to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team across the group.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR team environment.
  • Ensure the HR team is aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

Требования

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role, preferably in a group or multi-location organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute HR initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
