SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Обязанности
- Consult and manage corporate legal processes
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other documents with customers, suppliers, and business partners
- Handle ad hoc assignments
- Assist in producing print-ready documents for review by management
- Provide legal advice and support on legal issues, managing legal processes, litigation, and business transactions
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications
- Liaise with external legal counsel and/or specialists
- Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Master's degree in Law will be considered an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience as a legal counsel in a business environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Experience in drafting general and commercial contracts.
- Experience working at an international organization will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in consumer law will be considered an advantage.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
