About the Company:

VBET is an award-winning sports betting and gaming operator with 20 years of experience in the industry powered in-house by BetConstruct. We hold over 10 licenses and operate in over 120 countries. VBET’s mission is to give our customers the best betting and gaming experience in a safe and secure environment. We are looking for a Monitoring Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The role requires the candidate to be detail-oriented and analytical. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.

Обязанности

Monitor the environmental health and act as per the alerts
Troubleshoot and escalate issues reported by the clients to the next level of support
Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Provide timely feedback and reports to stakeholders on monitoring findings, and performance metrics
Develop and maintain documentation related to monitoring processes, procedures, and outcomes
Assist teams in resolving technical issues related to products
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance monitoring skills and knowledge

Требования

Experience in monitoring or technical support is preferable
Experience in the I-Gaming sphere will be considered a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
Knowledge of Windows Servers, Linux servers
Knowledge of Apache or Nginx
Knowledge of Monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana)
Knowledge of the OSI model and TCP/IP protocols
Knowledge of the Proxy and DNS principles of work
Knowledge of Cloudflare features
Prioritization and multi-tasking
Team player
Time management
Good knowledge of English
Willingness to work in shifts
