Position is Office based, office is located in Yerevan. This is not a remote, work from home position.

Hours - 8 PM to 1 AM Armenia time.

What do Sales/Account managers do in TWIST ?

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation, aiming to expand the company's client base.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.

Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in our database.

Travel: (Optional), attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.

Goal Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Требования

English skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and negotiate terms. ( recent high scores in TOEFL, IELTS or any other English level exams are highly reccomended)

Experience: Proven track record of success in sales would be an advantage but past experience is not required. ( Trainings are provided)

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Degree: High school diploma is required and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

As a Sales/Account Manager, you'll leverage your experience, skills, and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Your proactive approach, strong communication, and ability to navigate complex sales scenarios will be key to achieving outstanding results.
