We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist who can apply strong AI expertise through the use of machine learning and data mining to prototype, develop, and integrate AI models. The data scientist will collaborate with business partners to build AI products end-to-end: from opportunity creation and design to testing and integration. The role requires a broad skillset for creating AI models and a proven ability to lead projects stand-alone

Обязанности
- Leverage expertise in analytics, statistics, machine learning, causal inference, and research design to help drive innovation through the effective identification and application of analytics
- Coordinate product development with business and technical leadership
- Guide and mentor junior colleagues, be an advocate and promoter of the company’s development principles and participate in recruitment
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics or related field required; advanced degree preferable
- 5+ years of hands-on mathematical modeling experience in a business environment
- Experience in leading data science teams is preferable
- Extensive experience in machine learning, statistics, and optimization across a broad range of models and techniques
- Expert quantitative analysis, programming, and data manipulation skills using Python and version control (GitHub, Stash)
- Experience working with large data sets, especially in cloud environments, and relational databases
- Experience implementing advanced analytics/data science models into a production environment
- Experience building multistep ETL jobs and data pipelines and working with job-scheduling systems preferable
- Experience building causal inference solutions preferable
- Ability to communicate technical and statistical concepts clearly and concisely to audiences at various level
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple business stakeholders
- Experience coaching junior colleagues preferable
