We are seeking an experienced and passionate HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) Service Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on training and development. This role is crucial in ensuring our staff provides top-notch service, aligning with our company's standards and customer expectations.

Обязанности

  • Training Program Development:

    • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for HoReCa staff, including onboarding, service standards, and continuous education.
    • Develop training materials, manuals, and resources tailored to various roles within the hospitality sector.
  • Conducting Training Sessions:

    • Lead engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
    • Use a variety of training methods including workshops, demonstrations, role-playing, and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluation and Improvement:

    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance evaluations.
    • Continuously update and improve training content based on industry trends, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Compliance and Standards:

    • Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and regulations.
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Team Development:

    • Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and career growth.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and track employee progress post-training to ensure knowledge retention and application.
    • Identify areas for further training and development.
  • Customer Service Excellence:

    • Instill a culture of exceptional customer service and hospitality.
    • Address and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed records of training activities and employee progress.
    • Report on training outcomes and provide recommendations to management.

Требования

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality Management, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on trainings.
  • Strong understanding of HoReCa operations and customer service standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.
  • Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in the Russian language
