Обязанности
What you will do:
- Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager/Community Manager or Assistant Marketing Manager/Community Manager (hereafter CM) by performing daily Marketing tasks assigned by them
- Offer content for social media and marketing campaigns/products to address the business objectives
- Undertake regular review and update of HSBC Armenia website, update/development/design and printing of marketing materials for WPB business including branch posters, brochures, and etc.
- Ensure high quality performance including but no limited to:
- Supporting the Assistant Marketing Manager/Community Manager (hereafter CM) in development of a customer-focused Social Media strategy and day to day management of Social Media account with adherence to Social Media Operating Procedures and Standards
- Under CM's supervision monitoring and timely responding to customer requests, complaints and customer service related queries. Collaboration with the business lines and functions to build holistic process which links up with Social media activities, ensuring that the customer experience of Social Media is seamless and well-integrated
- Under CM's supervision creation of content plan and content in line with Bank’s purpose and values, maintaining HSBC Group and local regulations. Liaise with social media agency to monitor, drive and boost revenue through social media activities and business campaigns
Требования

- Relevant work experience in SMM and Marketing
- Ability to work with rules and regulations
- Content writing skills and creative thinking
- Consistency achieved set objective, and action taken for personal performance improvement
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English

HSBC Armenia Brings New Year Joy to Rural Children

New Year's dreams come true. Every year hundreds of children from Armenian different regions believe in New Year's miracles receiving gifts from Santa Claus thanks to "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC (hereinafter HSBC Armenia / Bank).
Since 2007, as part of the HSBC Youth Opportunities Programme, HSBC employees around the world have been purchasing toys for children from disadvantaged backgrounds and delivering them to the offices of local partner charity organisations.
The employees of HSBC Armenia enthusiastically take part in this project ahead of the New Year celebrations. They visit the regions, distribute gifts and help create an unforgettable day for the children who believe in Santa.
“Toy Drive is a community support program, which has been implemented by HSBC Armenia for 15 years. I am proud to see our employees enthusiastically participating in the initiative and preparing the gifts with due care. They thrive to grant festive mood to the children for whom attention and affection are of special importance.
