If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new opportunity for your career growth, we invite you to apply for the Strategic Partners Account Manager position at IQ Soft Company.

Обязанности

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing strategic partners.
Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and goals.
Develop and execute workflows to drive growth and expansion.
Draw up a customer development plan.
Identify new opportunities within existing partner accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Monitor key account metrics and provide insights to improve overall performance.
Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.

Требования

Ability to work in teams, build relationships quickly and effectively and work under pressure.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Organizational, research, and time-management skills.
Perfect writing and communication skills in English.
Knowladge of other foreign langauges is a big plus.
Understanding of iGaming and crypto-related solutions and services is a big plus.

IQ SOFT 7 Years Anniversary

IQ Soft is an Independent software development company based in Armenia with its roots in the Gaming and Blockchain development industry.

Our corporation’s history begins on 01.04.2015 when an enthusiastic, goal-oriented team of developers with a clear vision of aims decided to change existing rules of the gaming industry and develop Independency Platform for operations with innovative solutions. Now we have a great team of more than 35 employees whose mission is to return the human natural state to all our partners, which is the Independency. Our goal is to make our partners' lives easier by automating all possible business processes and giving them a chance to operate with minimum resources. Starting from scratch, our goal-oriented team had organic growth during those 7 years.

What we reached during the 7 years journey...

We involved new colleagues who are about 40 now.
Trusted partners, which can be counted by 5 dozen.
We have found our place on the honest taxpayers list of the RA, enhancing our tax payments from 5k USD to 120k USD.

Nowadays, we are constructing our new head office building for 300 employees and plan to celebrate our 10th anniversary at our dream office. As a result of this stage, we plan to become one of the top 1,000 taxpayers of Armenia and this is just the beginning.
