Health For Armenia is dedicated to transforming healthcare in Armenia by developing leaders, fostering innovation, and advancing systems to ensure equitable access to quality healthcare for all. We work to improve primary care in Armenia, particularly in rural areas, by closing the gap between the needs of underserved communities and the knowledge and skills of primary care physicians. We also aim to foster trust in the primary care system among the population and establish a resilient alumni network of healthcare leaders to fortify Armenia's healthcare system. To this end, we train effective and engaged healthcare transformation champions through our Healthcare Leadership Program (HLP). These Doctor-Leaders will improve the health of the communities they serve, strengthening the primary care system.
We envision an Armenia where everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has access to high-quality, affordable healthcare driven by a resilient, just, and patient-centered system. As a new organization with a growing team, every team member plays a pivotal in the organization's success. Our newly built Communication Team will oversee the organization’s communications ensuring that our media resources are managed efficiently and effectively. Meet our current team and board members. The Communications Team includes the Head of Communications, Development Officer, and contracted Designer and Social Media Manager. We work closely with our Healthcare Leadership Program and Finance and Operations teams to ensure cohesive, strategic messaging across all touchpoints. The team's mission is to transform our doctor-Leaders' powerful stories into compelling content that drives real
change. You will shape how the world sees our impact, amplify our external voice, and create authentic connections with donors, partners, media, and communities. From strategic campaigns to daily social content, you'll elevate organizational visibility and build stakeholder trust, ensuring every message advances our healthcare transformation mission with clarity, impact, and consistency.
