Staff.am partner company is looking for CRM Specialist.

Create and maintain a monthly customer marketing plan.
Setup and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders based on brand and product specific roadmaps.
Pulling and organizing segmentation lists to prepare for execution of communication content.
Set up CRM and gamification campaigns on internally used tools.
Compile and raise creative design and content briefs to the designers and content writers.
Setting up and reporting on A/B tests on a regular basis.
Continuously evaluate and report on send-outs in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Suggest new ways to create more effective campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Ensure timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
Analyze and work on the continuous improvement of working processes
Prepare reports as necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role in a marketing environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of English is a must.
Knowledge of Turkish will be considering a plus.
Experience in igaming will be considered a big plus.
