Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Manage all incoming inquiries related to the company's products and services through various means of communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients
- Conduct verification and qualification of marketing contacts
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete information using the established methods of communication
- Answer inquiries related to software solutions and services provided by the company
- Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Document all types of inquiries in the ticketing system, process requests, and escalate as needed
- Prepare and present regular reports to the Marketing and Sales team
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Genuine curiosity and a good understanding of the iGaming industry
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages is a must (written and verbal)
- Multitasking, creative thinking, and attention to detail are crucial
- Ability to work under high-pressure
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Willingness to be available out of working hours
