Armenia Wine Company is looking for a self-motivated, passionate and self-driven professional to fill the vacancy of the Project Coordinator.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
Facilitate coordination between departments within the Operations directorate
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in the preparation of official translations of documents and other communication materials
Assist in translations as needed
Schedule in-house and external meetings
Perform all clerical duties, taking meeting minutes, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed
Research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation by councils, committees, and executives
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor’s Degree in linguistics, communication or related field
Proven experience as a project coordinator
Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages is mandatory
Professional level of written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
In-depth understanding of MS Office suite
Ability to arrange daily workload by priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Team player with can-do attitude
