Mixxup Real Estate Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Investment Specialist.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment solutions, including financial analysis, property inspections, and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
- Find, build, and maintain long-term relationships with new customers.
- Conduct negotiations and carry out transactions.
- Manage the CRM system.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and investors.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales.
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems will be an advantage.
