Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- attract SME customers and make active sales;
- consult regarding the lending processes;
- receive and analyze loan applications;
- create credit files, present to credit committee and manage the granting process;
- maintain current loan portfolio;
- collaborate with external partners;
- prepare and present relevant reports;
- track customers' payments.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- university degree in economics or finance;
- at least 3 years' professional experience as a SME lending specialist;
- excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures;
- good knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program;
- outstanding customer communication and acquisition skills, as well as advanced skills of sales plan implementation;
- negotiation and conflict management skills;
- strong analytical mind;
- good knowledge of Russian and English languages.
