Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Techinal Support Specialist in the Armenian, Russian and English Languages?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

This is a full time position with mixed shifts working schedule.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Handle customer technical support cases
Talk with customers through series of action to resolve technical problems
Evaluate system potential through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs
Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
Prepare reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
Manage multiple tasks at one time

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English is required
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft office
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical employees and customers
Attentive to details and good problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in mixed shifts
