Community Engagement Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Engagement Coordinator to strengthen our connection with students and alumni. This role involves organizing events, fostering engagement, and collaborating with different teams to build a strong and active community.

• Coordinate special projects and ensure student and alumni engagement in various initiatives and events, such as awards, reunions, and networking events.

• Act as a point of contact for current and former students.

• Collaborate with different departments to support initiatives that promote student participation and satisfaction.

• Contribute to maintaining an updated alumni database by ensuring accurate and current records.

• Create data reports related to student and alumni engagement and interactions.

• Work alongside the communications team to develop materials showcasing student and alumni accomplishments, building a sense of community.

• Collaborate with content, workshops, learning labs, and other departments to align engagement efforts with the TUMO educational system.

• Familiarity with and ability to learn technical concepts and tools.

• Willingness to develop higher-order skills such as creativity, analytical thinking, and initiative-taking, as well as organizational capabilities such as teamwork, communication, and research skills.

• Excellent communication skills, including written communication, personal interaction, and public presentation in Armenian. Knowledge of English is a plus.
