Junior Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist

VAZQ Communications INC is looking for a dedicated Junior Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join our team. This position involves managing and monitoring daily network service operations, supporting IT infrastructure, and providing technical assistance to clients and the company’s sales team.

• Analyze data related to client-reported issues (Trouble Tickets).

• Create and send Trouble Tickets to clients.

• Quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues.

• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved.

• Monitor and test service quality to ensure compliance with standards.

• Perform routing analysis in collaboration with the sales team.

• Test and analyze routing results.

• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

• Sufficient technical and computer knowledge.

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook) for data analysis and communication processes.

• Written communication skills in English and Russian for effective collaboration in international processes.

• Time management and the ability to plan work processes effectively.

• Attention to detail to identify and resolve technical issues accurately and quickly.

• Experience in technical support or a related IT field will be considered an advantage.
