Accounting Assistant / T&E expense administrator

FXTM Armenia is looking for a motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of Accounting Assistant (T&E expense administrator), who will report directly to Finance Manager and General Manager in Armenia.
- Communicate to employees company’s polices in relation to business trips;
- Follow up that business trips are paid on time by accounting;
- Follow up that business trips reports are provided on time;
- Follow up that business trip reports are dully filled and all approvals are in place;
- Follow up that final compensation of due- amounts are properly done;
- Perform other accounting duties assigned by the line manager
- Higher Education in finance, Accounting or Economics;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of English language, both spoken and written;
- Experience as an accountant or any other field related with computing will be considered as a plus;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Attention to details and accuracy;
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
