Job description:
- Studying the macroeconomic environment, projecting future trends
- Studying the trends and development opportunities of international and RA banking system
- Participation in the strategic planning of the Bank
- Participation in the development and cascading processes of the Bank's strategic and annual plans
- Strategy performance assessment at the Bank’s and individual units’ level
- Cascading of strategic targets, development of KPI’s
- Implementation of KPI periodic monitoring and performance evaluation at the level of the Bank and individual divisions.

Required qualifications
- Higher education in economics, actuarial or financial field
- 2+ years of work experience in financial and banking system
- Regression model building skills
- Knowledge of statistical analysis programs
- Knowledge of Russian and English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SQL, Java, R or Python will be an asset
