Galaxy Group of Companies is looking for analytically oriented, qualified and highly motivated person for Chief Finance Officer for one of our companies.

Job responsibilities
- Undertake strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning of the company;
- Implement and continuously improve the existing financial practices/processes;
- Responsible for the implementation of financial policy of the company, as well as for overseeing both finance and accounting operations;
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
- Report the top management on financial situation of the company and on results of the financial operations;
- Analyze profitability, prepare forecasts and budget /business planning/ vs. actual analysis;
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports;
- Supervise staff in both finance and accounting departments.
Required qualifications
- Not less than 2 years of job experience in managerial positions in finance and accounting;
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics/Accounting/Finance; ACCA or CFA is preferred;
- Knowledge of Accountancy and Financial business processes and reporting standards, RA Tax Legislation, IFRS;
- Budgeting and budget management skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Written and verbal communication skills of Armenian and English, Russian;
- Conflict, stress and time management;
- Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner;
- Detail and result-oriented.
