Job description:
L3 Networks LLC is looking for a serious and responsible team player for position of Autotask Ticketing System Manager, who will be responsible for the administration, support, optimization and enhancement of the Autotask Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.

Job responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Autotask PSA system.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
- Ensure system security and data integrity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the Autotask system Implementation & Integration.
- Oversee the implementation of Autotask for new projects.
- Integrate Autotask with other business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing users.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and process guides.
- Implement best practices to enhance system efficiency.
- Configure system to support the workflow.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT service infrastructure and business operations.
- Experience in Managing Autotask or similar PSA systems or CRM, ERP will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ticketing system is mandatory.
- Excellent computer skills and tech-savvy.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills..
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills..
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
