Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Tour Manager?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Job responsibilities

Design bespoke, luxury travel experiences tailored to client preferences.
Identify and engage with premier destination partners, negotiating exclusive arrangements.
Handle all reservations and logistics meticulously to ensure seamless travel.
Cultivate extensive knowledge of destinations and curate unique local experiences.
Provide proactive assistance and solutions for any travel-related issues.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in tourism, travel, or hospitality management.
At least 3 years of experience in luxury travel or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in English, Russian, and Armenian languages.
Proven track record in managing high-profile clientele.
Certification in travel or hospitality management preferred.
Proficient in travel management systems and processes.
Strong relationship-building skills with direct travel vendors.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities, focused on delivering exceptional results.
