Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive growth, foster strategic partnerships, and lead sales initiatives for our organization. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic mindset to expand our business footprint and drive revenue growth.


Job responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting business plans and sales results.
  • Meetings with potential and permanent partners, participation in target events,
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and measure the success of business development and sales efforts.
  • Regularly report on progress and provide insights to the executive team.

Required qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales,
  • Proficiency in effective negotiation techniques,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English,
  • Strong time management abilities,
  • Initiative and the capability to make independent decisions,
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel),
  • Familiarity with the Bitrix system is a plus,

Additional information

Working Conditions:

  • A five-day work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
  • Two weeks of a 6-day work schedule with half a day from 11:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays.

Our office is located next to Matenadaran, at 1 Sarmeni address․
