Job description:

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our diverse user base. The ideal candidate will have native or near-native proficiency in Arabic language and English.

Job responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in both English and an Arabic language;
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools;
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Required qualifications

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English and Arabic language;
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
