Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our digital channel development.

Job responsibilities
- Collect data and conduct analyses on the performance of digital products of the bank.
- Conduct analyses of user behaviors.
- Perform market research, including trends, benchmarking of UI/UX.
- Provide recommendations on product development, including technical sophistication and design.
- Provide insights for product placement and promotion.
- Monitor product performance.
- Generate reports and presentations on results findings.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of required work experience, preferably in a banking field.
- Bachelor’s degree in data analyses, economics or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database programs (advanced user of Excel, Excel VBA, Power queries).
- Knowledge of banking products will be seen as a strong advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Russian and Armenian languages, good knowledge of English language.
