Job description:

AMX is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join the Pension Services Department team.

Job responsibilities

  • Service participants of the funded pension system through calls and online communication;
  • Maintain a register of participants, performing actions in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Conduct routine maintenance of account operator activities, including providing clarifications to employees regarding system participants;
  • Analyze the actions of account operators, investigate complaints about service quality, and implement corrective measures;
  • Organize the certification of account operator users and summarize the results;
  • Prepare responses to requests submitted by notaries and other entities involved in the pension system registry services;
  • Handle asset accounting and prepare daily reports as part of the fund's asset custody operations;
  • Organize seminars for account operator employees and develop informational materials;
  • Participate in the development and testing of software solutions for various departmental systems;
  • Contribute to other departmental functions as needed.

Required qualifications

  • Higher education in finance or economics;
  • At least two years of work experience in the financial sector;
  • Basic knowledge of the pension system, including registry and custody operations;
  • Understanding of accounting principles;
  • Proficiency in AS-Bank 4.0 and MS Office programs;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships;
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages.

Required candidate level: Mid level
