Job responsibilities
- Perform analysis of clinical and molecular characteristics of various oncological diseases and their modeling in BostonGene’s analytical systems.
- Processing of clinical data and its integration with molecular biological findings.
- Present all findings to BostonGene customers and internal teams.
- Track and document scientific publications and clinical research results in the field regarding the information on modern approaches to the treatment of cancer.
- Active interaction with molecular biologists and bioinformatics developers for the realization of projects.
Required qualifications
- Educational background: Medical Doctorate (M.D.) degree or equivalent is required. Completion of residency and/or fellowship in oncology is preferred.
- Oncology experience: experience in scientific or clinical work in oncology.
- Knowledge of the fundamental principles of immunology and molecular biology.
- Language skills: Fluency in English & Russian, especially for written communication.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.
- Attention to detail: The ability to focus on the details of the work, and detect and correct errors.
- Developed analytical thinking, critical thinking & system thinking.
- Joy in repetition: Find pleasure in precision and consistency, turning routine tasks into a craft of excellence, and satisfaction.
- Developed interpersonal communication and teamwork skills: The ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and participate in team efforts.
