Job responsibilities
- Create content such as communication materials and material for social media channels.
- Manage the content approval process.
- Monitor and report on community feedback and activities and optimize social engagement levels.
- Follow market trends to incorporate the most up-to-date information into campaigns.
- Possess advanced knowledge of community-building platforms.
- Monitor, engage, and onboard users through external social channels.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and thought leaders in the Web3 space.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertisement;, Literature or similar field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a digital/social agency, video games, entertainment, or publishing categories, in an international context, preferably within the Web3 or blockchain industry.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Good understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling, to generate impactful content.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Russian languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships within the community.
- Fast learner, adaptable and creative thinker.
