Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Junior Brand Manager to support the strategic developement and growth of our perfume portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fragrance industry, a pssion for branding and marketing, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environement.

Job responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for our beauty and fragrance brands
- Conduct market research and competetive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Asist in managing budgets and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
- Track and analyse marketing performance providing insights and reccomendations for improvement
- Conduct internal and external reports according to requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or brand managment (internships count)
- Strong passion for the beauty and fragrance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude
- Abililty to work independently and as a part of the team
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages,
