Job description:

You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they provide high-quality customer service and support. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the customer support department, developing effective customer service procedures, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor customer support representatives;
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures;
  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and issues;
  • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement;
  • Develop strategies to prevent future issues and improve overall service quality.

Required qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role;
  • Experience in managing a high-performing customer support team;
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages ​​will be a plus;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities;
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
