Job responsibilities
- Device maintenance and queue management,
- Providing of information and acceptance of applications,
- Preparation and provision of references and statements,
- Helping to use terminals,
- Mobile app and card sales,
- Acceptance of Gold Bag Order RequestCard accounting, return of undelivered cards,
- Acceptance of card applications (unblocking , transaction clarification: data change, SMS service activation, etc.),
- Sale of insurance products (APPA, Voluntary insurance).
Required qualifications
- Higher education or graduate student,
- Basic knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel),
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of Russian and English is desirable,
- Communication and service skills,
- Ability to manage stress and conflict situations,
- High sense of discipline and responsibility.
Required candidate level: Junior
