Job responsibilities
- Processing partner requests.
- Consulting clients on company products.
- Assisting clients with broker platforms.
- Supporting clients in opening accounts.
- Providing support to partners and agents.
- Interacting with clients through chats and phone calls.
- Offering prompt assistance to VIP clients via remote communication channels.
- Supporting and overseeing clients' technical integration processes.
Required qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Proficient in using computers and office applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to adapt to clients' needs and a strong interest in solving their problems.
- Experience in handling chats and phone calls.
- Background in technical support and information technology.
- Skilled in telephone communication.
- Competent and clear speech.
Required candidate level: Mid level
