Job description:
We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced, an enthusiastic team player with leadership skills to become a valued member of our big family. We are hiring Store Manager for one of our companies - Estil.io.

Job responsibilities
- Oversee the store's daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to Estil.io’s policies.
- Manage inventory levels, optimize stock to meet customer demand & conduct inventory.
- Manage transactions at a cash desk.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to display products and drive sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Timely reporting to the director.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate team of sales staff to achieve team performance goals.
- Address team concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Work with the database of designers and architects.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a retail field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proficient in retail operations.
- Interest in the world of design and architecture.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
- Advanced computer skills.
- 1C program knowledge is a plus.
