Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role gives you a special opportunity to solve interesting problems, explore new technologies, and help ensure that all social media activity aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.

Job responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, conversion rates and traffic to the company's website.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities (making stories, posting, monitoring),
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
- Optimize website content for search engines, using keyword research and other SEO techniques.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 year job experience as a social media and digital marketing specialist.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Knowledge of Facebook business suite, business manager, pixel/app, ads manager, Google analytics.
- Fast learning ability, positive attitude and commitment to work.
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle stress.
- High level of written English, Armenian. Knowledge of Farsi language will be a plus
- Ability to create creative content.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
Required candidate level: Senior
