Job responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of equipment: You will be responsible for the regular technical maintenance and efficient repair of various equipment in the maintenance department. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, electrical devices, and other engineering systems ensuring guest comfort.
Scheduled and preventive maintenance: You will conduct scheduled and preventive measures to ensure the smooth operation of all engineering systems in the hotel complex.
Diagnostic and problem-solving: Your task is to promptly identify and rectify malfunctions, ensuring uninterrupted equipment operation.
Required qualifications
Work experience in technical maintenance field, preferably in the hotel industry.
Deep knowledge in the areas of electricity, plumbing, and other engineering systems.
Ability to independently solve technical problems and work on shift duty. Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Salary: 300000 AMD - 350000 AMD Net a month
