Description
Hotel Manager in Stellar Hotels is an experienced professional responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel, ensuring efficient management. Actively cooperating with Area Manager the Hotel Manager supervises the staff, maintain compliance with company guidelines, addresses and takes care for maintenance issues, handle Guest interactions ensuring Guest satisfaction and Guest experience.
He/she plays a vital role in enhancing Guest satisfaction, expanding clientele, and upholding the hotel’s reputation.

Job responsibilities
What we expect from you:
- Organize and control and refine day-to-day hotel operations
- Supervise work at all levels of Hotel employees (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, etc.) and set clear objectives for daily operations
- Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model of the Hotel
- Take part and control in Cost control process of the Hotel, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
- Communicate with Guests when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
- Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers event/conference planners etc.
- Inspect facilities regularly and in cooperation with Chief Engineer enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards for Hotel Guests and Hotel Staff.
- Pedrform other tasks as required.
Required qualifications
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role
- Fluency in English, Russian; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
- Excellent Guest service skills
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
Required candidate level: Senior
