Job description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Influencer Manager to lead our influencer marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer campaigns, managing relationships with influencers, and ensuring the creation of high-quality content that aligns with our brand values and marketing goals.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging;
- Work closely with influencers to develop creative content that resonates with their audience and aligns with our brand;
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements;
- Manage the execution of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach to content delivery and performance tracking;
- Prepare detailed reports on influencer campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI;
- Use analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the IT or tech industry;
- Strong understanding of content creation processes;
- Proficient in using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) and influencer marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Proactive approach to identifying and leveraging new influencer marketing opportunities.
