for our visitors and tenants. To continue our growth and enhance our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and promote the overall brand of Homplex Mall. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Job responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase mall visibility and drive customer engagement.
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and promotions.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with tenants to support their marketing efforts and promote their businesses.
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Foster partnerships with local businesses, media, and community organizations.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or commercial real estate.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
