Job description:

The Information Systems Agency of Armenia is seeking a talented and motivated Interoperability Project Coordinator to join Interoperability Department.


Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Provide technical assistance to Interoperability manager and technical team in request management, project prioritization, resource allocation, and regular portfolio reviews
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, draft interoperability standards and policies, draft letters for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop presentations for large groups, attend meetings, draft agendas, reports, briefings, or memorandums, write minutes, and coordinate other relevant materials regarding the Interoperability department
  • Review reports and other written products for accuracy, completeness, and content.
  • Develop and maintain documentation templates and style guides to ensure consistency and quality of documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Gather and analyze requirements and priorities
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in project coordination/project management, with a focus on IT.
  • Experience working with government agencies and/or international organizations on technology-related projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Skill in weaving narratives and storytelling techniques into presentations and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Armenian languages, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
