Job description:
As a Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our software products and services. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.

Job responsibilities
- Lead the product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Drive product innovation and differentiation, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and market gaps.
- Communicate product plans, status updates, and performance metrics to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products or services.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies.
