Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing all loan applications for all credit facilities extended to small and micro business by the Retail Banking Department, provide opinion and submit applications for approval.

Job responsibilities

• Identification, assessment and monitoring of operational and IT risks inherent to the Bank's business processes and IT systems
• Operational/ IT risk management methodology and framework development and management, management principles and standards periodical review and development, best practice implementation
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessment of operational and IT risks to determine the likelihood and impact of an identified risk,
• IT risk mitigation actions and control set up and monitoring, evaluation of their risk mitigation efficiency
• Risks stress scenario development, development and implementation of key risk indicators
• Operational/IT risk loss events and IT incidents’ database management and analysis
• Risk reporting and development of the relevant tools
• Cyber Risk insurance management
• Other duties related to risk management functions as assigned by the supervisor or according to Bank’s Internal acts

Required qualifications

• University degree in finance, business administration, IT/technical field, economics or other related field
• At least 1 years of work experience in bank Operational Risk Management, IT (programing or IT systems administration) and IT Security spheres
• Knowledge of Operational and IT Risk Management standards, best practices, banking laws and regulations
• Knowledge and practice of enterprise IT systems architecture (platforms, networks, applications, databases and operating systems)
• Knowledge of information security concepts and principles, including confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
• Practice and experience of risk assessment methodologies (statistical analyses, scoring, self-assessment, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, risk transfer, etc.), stress scenario development, risk control and mitigation approaches, analysis techniques (gap, cost-benefit, root cause), BI reporting; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AS Bank 4.0
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
