Hermosa seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Brand Manager.

Job responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the product ordering processes for store brands.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Assist in organizing and optimizing logistic processes to ensure efficient product distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to support brand strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Support the development and execution of promotional activities for store brands.
- Maintain and update product information and documentation.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in brand management, supply chain management, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
