Job responsibilities
- Smart Vista ծրագրի Fraud monitoring բաժնի թողարկողի և սպասարկողի մոդուլներում ուսումնասիրությունների իրականացում,
- ACBA Digital հարթակում կատարվող գործառնությունների մոնիթորինգի իրականացում,
- Կասկածելի գործարքների հայտնաբերման դեպքում քարտապանների հետ կապի հաստատում,
- Արմենիան Քարդ ընկերության հետ՝ զեղծարարության կանխարգելմանն ուղղված միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու վերաբերյալ նամակագրության իրականացում,
- Բանկի կողմից թողարկված քարտերով իրականացվող բոլոր գործարքների ուսումնասիրում, ռիսկային տեսակների առանձնացում և զեղծարարությունների կանխարգելմանն ուղղված մեխանիզմների մշակում,
- Առանց հավաստագրման գործարքների մոնիթորինգի իրականացում:
Required qualifications
- Բարձրագույն կրթություն,
- Հաղորդակցման գերազանց հմտություններ,
- Հայերեն լեզվի գերազանց, անգլերեն և ռուսերեն լեզուների տիրապետման լավ մակարդակ (գրավոր և բանավոր),
- MS Office ծրագրային փաթեթի իմացություն,
- Փաստաթղթաբանություն վարելու կարողություն,
- Իրավիճակի ճիշտ վերլուծության և խնդիրների բացահայտման կարողություն,
- Ճշտապահություն և պատասխանատվության բարձր զգացում:
Required candidate level: Senior
