Job description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team. The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for supporting the logistics team in coordinating and managing the movement of shipments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have a good self-organizational skills.

Job responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of shipments and deliveries
- Prepare and process shipping documents
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist in the resolution of any issues related to logistics
- Perform customer calls to ensure the delivery process is on schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Required candidate level: Junior
