We are looking for a dynamic Market Research and Strategy Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth through in-depth market research and strategic planning. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with a focus on generating actionable insights that lead to increased sales and business development.

Job responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Create compelling content and marketing materials to support business development efforts
- Evaluate the success of strategies by analyzing sales outcomes and business growth metrics.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in market research and business development
- Proficiency in marketing tools
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong understanding of competitive analysis and strategic planning
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Armenian and English, with the ability to present findings and strategies clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools is considered an advantage
