As the Marketing and Business Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives and optimizing our business operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition;
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project management;
- Streamline operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and productivity.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and business operations;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, business operations, or a related role;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions;
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing and business strategies that drive business results.
