Key service provider of Philip Morris Armenia hires a Planning and Reporting Analyst.

Job responsibilities
- Perform accounting and finance activities to support company's day-to-day activities and business development and to ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations as well as PMI Principals and Practices.
- Register the transactions in the accounting software (SAP, Tagetik)
- Finance master data management and provision in PMI systems
- Support budget and rolling forecast cycles in close collaboration with Finance and Planning team. Analyze external and internal cost, RF, Budget and adherence as well as Productivity pipeline
- Analyze financials and prepare/submit reports providing the management with the information required for planning and organizing of activities in the cost-efficient manner and maintain the financial data in the Financial Systems (SAP, Tagetik, GMRB, etc) in line with US GAAP Standards and the Company's financial policy and procedures
- Plan, set up and coordinate related activities for clearly defined tasks and projects. Coordination of projects may include process facilitation, ongoing stakeholder engagement, scheduling, risk and cost management
- Collaborate with relevant departments and disciplines to collect data and analyze processes to support projects and processes or compliance issues
- Ensure effective communication with central functions / clusters / markets and affiliates to ensure consistency of information across PM
- Ensure all Compliance Policies, standards and laws are fully respected/integrated, implement adequate processes to guarantee the protection of information.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field. ACCA, CFA and PMP is a plus
- At least three years of experience in planning and project managment
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- Ability to work independently while also in a team
- Strong analytical & learning capability
- Effective communication skills
- Fluency in English, Armenian and Russian languages

The center deals with all directions of data science and values all equally. With the help of an in-house team, we serve the company's global projects and involve Armenian IT companies, using their potential.
We are currently working in three areas of data science: machine learning, data engineering and business intelligence, the development of which is of strategic importance for PMI. During years the department has developed, there are now about 19 specialists in our internal team, moreover, we grow continuously and are already targeted to have 25 specialists in the team.
