Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to promote our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of the software industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for our software products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Present and demonstrate software products to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance product offerings.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in software sales or related industry.
- Strong understanding of software products and technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
