Golden Palace Hotel, Yerevan is looking for an active customer-focused sales manager to join our friendly, positive and hardworking team as a Sales Manager of luxury boutique hotel.
Sales manager will be in charge of developing a sales plan that includes soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets via outside sales calls, on-site visits and sales meetings, and community networking. Our Sales Manager will be able to enhance revenue by researching local market trends and competition behavior to discover and close business leads.

Job responsibilities
- Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
- Clearly understand the hotels business strategies, set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.
- Implement all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
- Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long-term business relationships.
- Able to support hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
- Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction with sales team from property visits.
- Attend all department and hotel meetings as necessary.
- Target key accounts potential for the company.
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years sales leadership experience, ideally within a hotel environment.
- Good leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Russian languages.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office software, especially in Excel.
- An open, positive, and communicative personality.
- Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
